Does the program require weights?
Some of the exercises required a kettlebell or dumbell. If you don't have this at home - be creative.
Can i regret my purschase?
No, Digital products is non-refundable.
I'm a vegetarian, does the nutrition plan suit me?
There is some vegetarian options. You could always change e.g. chicken against quorn etc.
How do i get access to the community?
In the program there's a link that redirect you to the community. To gain access to the group, you must state your order number when you apply.
How do i recieve the program?
60 Days Challenge is a digital product that you'll recieve as a downloadable PDF-file. You'll find the files in the order confirmation.
Is there a translated version?
Unfortunately not, this program is only available in swedish.
