At Movement's studio, mothers of different ages meet to activate and strengthen their bodies after childbirth. With fun exercises and an energetic atmosphere, we push each other through weeks of bootcamp workouts. Moving Mamas exists on two different levels.
- Step 1 for you who are a new participant.
- Step 2 for you who have previously participated in Moving Mamas.
