Important to remember before you order
Your product is always delivered to the address or email you provided at the time of purchase. When you buy an diet or workout plan, the program will be sent immediately.
For physical products, your order will be returned to us if you entered the wrong customer info, so it is important that you check that all information is correct before you make your payment. If you think you have made a mistake, contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org
If you purchase a physical product and does not pick up order so that we’ll have it in return, we’ll need to charge you for the shipping cost.
WORKOUT AND MEAL GUIDES
Which program should I choose?
All training programs have an information section where you can read about it’s purpose and whether the program is gym or home-based.
Every month we receive hundreds of emails about which program "suits me?"
Unfortunately, we do not always have time to answer all questions within a reasonable time.
Do you offer personalized programs?
Unfortunately, Mimmi does not offer individualized programs.
The programs available are designed to suit the majority of a variety of aspects.
Weight loss, rehabilitation, muscle building and slimming.
What can the diet plan look like?
For example. 60 days challenge, the program includes four phases (one phase = 15 days) where you get two different breakfast options, suggestions for protein, carbohydrates, salad and sauce with measurements and procedures for cooking. Up to 5 different suggestions for snacks to be eaten twice a day.
Does your diet plans include vegetarian options?
Yes, my programs offer vegetarian options.
This will also be informed in the information section of the specific program.
Can any of your programs be done from home?
Yes, plenty of my workouts can be done from home.
in the respective program information you can see if the training program is gym- or home based.
How do I get access to my purchased program?
Once you’ve made your payment, your program will appear as a downloadable PDF file to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
I'm a beginner, can I do any of your programs?
Of course, all training programs contain either image or video material, which makes it easy for you to understand the exercises.
Training should be challenging but above all fun. If you have bought a program that you think is too tough, adapt the training to your conditions.
Reduce the number of repetitions / time required for the specific exercise and set a goal that you should gradually increase to reach.
PAYMENT/REFUND - DIET & WORKOUT GUIDES
Do I pay a monthly subscription for your programs?
My training programs does not includes any hidden fees, you pay once and keep your program forever.
Do you offer refunds on your programs?
MK LIFESTYLE does not offer refunds on any diet or trainings programs.
MK LIFESTYLE offer digital products and as soon as you purchased you have access to all the content, so refunds cannot be issued unless under exceptional circumstances.
Even if you made an accidental purchase, changed your mind, or realised that there are legitimate reasons why the program is not suitable for you, we will not be able to refund you.
PAYMENT/REFUND - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Can I exchange/return my physical order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery of your package. Products that are returned must be in original condition. This means that the products must not have been used or washed, the products must also be returned in original packaging.
If there are stains, damage or anything else that makes the product impossible to sell again, the return will be denied. We strive for sustainable e-commerce and hope that you will be satisfied and want to keep the product. Should you wish to return your product, please contact us at email@example.com
When returning, you are responsible for any shipping costs and other fees, MK LIFESTYLE does not take responsibility for delays or lost packages.
All refunds are made in the same payment method as used for orders placed. We work to ensure that the refund is made as quickly as possible, Normally within 14 working days.
Products that are not covered by the right of return due to hygienic reasons are products that fall into the category of underwear.
How fast do I get my refund?
Once we received your order in return it takes between 1-14 days to refund.
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately not, if you want to return your product we charge 59 SEK for domestic returns and 99 SEK for foreign returns.
This amount will be deducted from the amount that we refund you.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can not cancel your order because it is sent from the online store to our warehouse system.
Only in exceptional cases we have the possibility to cancel your order. If you want to cancel a order, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
We can not promise the cancellation but you could always give it a try.
If we’re not able to cancel your order you are welcome to return your order and get your money back.
Once we have received your return, full amount will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Cost for domestic returns is 59 SEK and foreign return 99 SEK.
Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?
From the completed order, it can take up to two hours before we can send you an e-mail confirmation.
If you still have not received a confirmation after two hours, you should contact our customer service via email@example.com
Which payment methods do you offer?
We offer several different payment options.
You can pay with the following debit cards:
- Visa Electron
- American Express.
Invoice / Account
We offer payment by invoice through our partner Klarna AB. You can choose between two different payment methods:
Clear invoice, where you pay the entire amount at once.
Klarna account, where you choose to pay in installments.

You can pay with PayPal, select the option at checkout and then follow the instructions. You need an account with PayPal to be able to complete the payment.
If you do not have this, you can easily register one at the time of purchase. The goods are sent immediately after payment and no extra fee is charged.
- We withdraw your money as soon as the payment is registered with us. PayPal payments are normally confirmed within a few minutes.
- Of course, there is no extra fee in addition to any shipping costs.
DELIVERY - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
What shipping options do you offer?
MK LIFESTYLE offers free standard delivery on all domestic orders. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Sweden / Norway / Denmark 1-3 days
Europe 3-5 days
Rest of the world 3-7 days

Can I trace my order?
Depending what your order contains you might not be able to trace your package.
For example, if you buy one package of underwear we´ll send the package with Postnord and your order will not be able to trace.

I've received a faulty product, can you help?
Should you receive a product that is defective, wrong or has a fault, we will happily look into offering a resolution. Please contact our support team at email@example.com with the following information:
- A full description of the fault
- Photographic evidence attached
- your order number
Please note issues of this nature need to be reported to us within 30 days from receiving the order.
