SHIPPING
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as we have processed your order and handed it over to the distributor, a confirmation with a tracking link will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
How much is shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above 699 SEK.
Shipment fee to EU will apply at checkout.
The return shipping costs are:
- Sweden: 69 SEK
- EU: 99 SEK
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed Monday – Friday before 10:00 am CET will be shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track its progress. If you haven’t received a confirmation email please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
All orders are packed and shipped from Stockholm, Sweden from Monday to Friday (Couriers do not pick up packages on weekends).
Couriers such as Postnord, Early Bird, DHL etc, usually pick up packages from the warehouse once per day after lunch time by truck (Mondays-Fridays). The couriers then take the packages to the closest sorting terminal where they get scanned.
Here is the full process:
1. Order made by customer
2. Order packed by our staff during weekdays (first in first out)
3. Packages sorted per transporter inside the warehouse
4. Transport company picks up the packages (they come once per day)
5. Transport company takes your package to the closet terminal where it is first scanned
6. Package is in transit
7. Package is delivered
You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has been processed. There you will find your tracking link (Early Bird, DHL, PostNord). Please allow 36 hours for the tracking link to update.
The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Sweden / Finland / Denmark 1-3 days
Europe 3-5 days
Rest of the world 3-7 days
Changing delivery Details
Unfortunately, when an order has already been fulfilled and sent out we can not make any changes.

Do i need to pay any taxes och custom fees?
Depending on destination, you might have to pay customs and taxes. For all countries outside of EU, taxes and/or customs might apply. Please reach out to your local customs office for more information about what applies on your order.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
Please keep in mind that if you fail to collect your order, an additional admin fee of 149 SEK,DKK,NOK / €15 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is charged to cover return shipping, packaging, and handling costs.
RETURN & REFUNDS
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To initiate a return with EarlyBird:
Check your delivery confirmation from EarlyBird and follow the steps.
To initiate a return with Postnord or DHL: please click here to be directed to our return portal. Follow the steps provided and be sure to select the "Returns" tab at the top. Once you've submitted the form, a return label will be sent to you.
Please note the following:
- Return shipping costs are not covered by us and will be deducted from your refund.
- We cannot accept returns beyond 20 days of receipt; items sent back after this period may be rejected and returned to you.
- When dropping off your package at the post office, we highly recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage for your records.

Products that are returned must be in original condition. This means that the products must not have been used or washed, the products must also be returned in original packaging. If there are stains, damage or anything else that makes the product impossible to sell again, the return will be denied.
WHERE DO I FIND MY RETURN LABEL?
When you have filled in all information in our digital return portal a label will be sent to you email inbox.
Not there - check your spam inbox.
Can I return products from different orders in the same package?
That is fine as long as you send both delivery notes in the return package.
What is your return policy?
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your items and must be registered via our portal.
- Items must be in their original condition and resalable (with tags attached), unused (except for trying them outside)
- unwashed and free from stains.
- Please ensure that there are no deodorant stains on the items.- Items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- Gift cards, opened underwear packages, digital products (read more below) such as training programs or promotional items are not returnable.
- Original shipping, customs and import fees are non-refundable.For more information, please see our return policy here.
Return costs
- For general returns, return costs are the responsibility of the customer
- we do not offer free returns (we only offer one free exchange).
- We offer discounted shipping labels that you can purchase from our returns portal.
- The cost will be deducted from your final refund. For more information, please see our return policy here.
- There are no additional return or restocking fees.
Free size exchanges within the EU
We offer free exchanges for a different size or model of equivalent value (as long as the original item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed and unstained).Exchanges must be registered via our portal.

We do not offer refunds on any diet or trainings programs. As soon as you purchased you have access to all the content, so refunds cannot be issued unless under exceptional circumstances. Even if you made an accidental purchase, changed your mind, or realised that there are legitimate reasons why the program is not suitable for you, we will not be able to refund you.
Can I regret a purchase of a workout program?

I want to leave a complaint
We are keen to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality, if any of your goods are suspected to be defective upon receipt, we ask you to submit a complaint as soon as possible. In your complaint, we ask you to describe the perceived problem, indicate which article the complaint refers to and attach photos taken in good light that show the perceived problem.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we have received your return and approved the condition of the product, we will make a refund. which can take up to 14 days.
EXCHANGE
I WANT TO EXCHANGE SIZE OR COLOR
1. Fill out the exchange slip/card that came with your package.
2. To initiate a return with EarlyBird:

3. place the exchange slip/card in the package and the return label on the bag.
Exchanging the size or color of a piece is totally free. All you have to do is following the above steps. Once we've recieved your package we will start repack and send you a new shipment.
If the new size is out of stock we will handle your exchange as a return. Note that a exchange is only allowed once.
IS THERE ANY EXCHANGE FEES?
All orders include one size or color exchange that's free of charge.
ORDER ISSUE
I've received a defected item
Should you receive a product that is defective, wrong or has a fault, we will happily look into offering a resolution. Please contact our support team at support@mklifestyle.se with the following information:
- A full description of the fault
- Photographic evidence attached
- your order number
Please note issues of this nature need to be reported to us within 30 days from receiving the order.
Wrong goods delivered / Missing item
We strive to send out the orders correctly, and have a system in place to reduce the likelihood of this happening. Sometimes packing mistakes can still happen (we wish they didn’t).
On the rare occasion that you have received a wrong item or you are missing an item from your order, please follow the steps below:
1. Please send an email with your issue to support@mklifestyle.se
2. Please attach the following photos to the email above:
- One of the outer bag the item came in (so we can see the label sticker on it)
- A photo of the item you have received (highlight the issue, size, colour, model)
3. We’ll review your issue personally and get back to you within 2 business days (Mon-Fri) via email.
I forgot to apply my discount code
We understand these things can happen, so we are happy to apply the discount code retroactively, so there is no need to place a second order.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER
We can’t guarantee that we are able to cancel your order once placed due to the volume of orders being processed in our warehouse at any given time, it’s not possible for them to locate individual orders and cancel them. However, if you would like to cancel your order please get in touch with our Customer Care team here, and if the order is at a stage where they can still cancel it, we will do so.
If you have placed your order, and need to make a change to the order or address, please email our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If the order is at a stage where they can still make changes, we will do so.
I can only see Credit card payment, and no other options?
Please note that if you are signed into the Shop App when making a payment, the local payment options won't appear (you will only see the credit card option).
Please sign out of the Shop App before continuing.
You have to go through the longer checkout process without being logged into the Shop App for all the other payment options to appear. Do not use the express checkout options (shop app or google pay).
RECLAIMS
What can I file a claim for?
You can file a claim for products that have a manufacturing defect, meaning an issue that occurred during production and is not caused by use or external factors.
What counts as a manufacturing defect?
These are faults that were present from the start, such as:
- Broken seams or components upon delivery
- Technical malfunctions not caused by usage
- Material defects or structural flaws
What does not count as a manufacturing defect?
The following is not covered by the claim policy:
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Damage caused by accidents or incorrect handling
- Issues that result from using the product improperly or for unintended purposes
HOW DO I SUBMIT A CLAIM?

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a video clearly showing the defect
How long does it take to receive a response?
Usually within 2 business days.
