I want to create a return

To initiate a return with EarlyBird:
Check your delivery confirmation from EarlyBird and follow the steps.

To initiate a return with Postnord or DHL: please click here to be directed to our return portal. Follow the steps provided and be sure to select the "Returns" tab at the top. Once you've submitted the form, a return label will be sent to you.

Please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us and will be deducted from your refund.
  • We cannot accept returns beyond 20 days of receipt; items sent back after this period may be rejected and returned to you.
  • When dropping off your package at the post office, we highly recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage for your records.

The return shipping costs are:

- Sweden: 69 SEK
- EU: 99 SEK

Products that are returned must be in original condition. This means that the products must not have been used or washed, the products must also be returned in original packaging. If there are stains, damage or anything else that makes the product impossible to sell again, the return will be denied.

1. Start by downloading our exchange tag, print and fill the form.

2. Create a return label here.

3. place the exchange tag in the package and the return label on the bag.

Exchanging the size or color of a piece is totally free. All you have to do is following the above steps. Once we've recieved your package we will start repack and send you a new shipment.

If the new size is out of stock we will contact you via email.

How much does a return cost?

A return cost 69 SEK.

Where do I find my return label?

When you have filled in all information in our digital return portal a label will be sent to you email inbox.

Unclaimed packages

We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the case of unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 99 for a package that is not collected. The shipment is with the DHL agent for 7 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you first need to pick up the package and then return it as described above.

Can I return products from different orders in the same package?

That is fine as long as you send both delivery notes in the return package.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have received your return and approved the condition of the product, we will make a refund. which can take up to 14 days.

Can I regret a purchase of a workout program?

MK LIFESTYLE does not offer refunds on any diet or trainings programs. MK LIFESTYLE offer digital products and as soon as you purchased you have access to all the content, so refunds cannot be issued unless under exceptional circumstances. Even if you made an accidental purchase, changed your mind, or realised that there are legitimate reasons why the program is not suitable for you, we will not be able to refund you.

I want to leave a complaint

We are keen to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality, if any of your goods are suspected to be defective upon receipt, we ask you to submit a complaint as soon as possible. In your complaint, we ask you to describe the perceived problem, indicate which article the complaint refers to and attach photos taken in good light that show the perceived problem.
