We gladly accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached. You can choose between a refund or a one-time exchange. All return requests must be submitted within 20 days of delivery. The processing of the refund or exchange will be completed within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned package. Please note that refunds are issued back to the original payment method, and there is a returns processing fee of 49 SEK per order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend trying on bottoms over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

To initiate a return with EarlyBird:

To initiate a return with Postnord or DHL: please click here to be directed to our return portal. Follow the steps provided and be sure to select the "Returns" tab at the top. Once you've submitted the form, a return label will be sent to you.

Please note the following:

• Return shipping costs are not covered by us and will be deducted from your refund.
• We cannot accept returns beyond 20 days of receipt; items sent back after this period may be rejected and returned to you.
• When dropping off your package at the post office, we highly recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage for your records.

The return shipping costs are:

- Sweden: 49 SEK
- EU: 99 SEK

We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the case of unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 99 for a package that is not collected. The shipment is with the DHL agent for 7 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you first need to pick up the package and then return it as described above.
